We quickly pay owners monthly via Zelle, E-pay, and deposit directly into owner accounts. Statements are sent via email every month.
Additional services
In the event of a hurricane watch, we are immediately in touch with owners and tenants to plan for preparedness. We schedule shutter installs if the property has them. After the storm, we visit every property and send the owners photos of their property. We discuss any damage, schedule repairs or estimates and assist with scheduling insurance reviews.
