The Werners are professional, reliable and trustworthy. Nancy helped me with a purchase and I have used her services for the last 9 years in successfully renting out my house. She has found excellent tenants and always goes the extra mile to ensure both parties are satisfied with the agreement. We have been working with Nancy at Blue Sky for years. She helped us buy our house, she takes care of it when we leave town. She goes above & beyond with anything we need from plumbing fixes, cleaning, car services, yard work, the county office, etc.. She is on top of everything asap. We feel so lucky to have found her, as we have worked with other agents and no one compares to her. We would give her 100 stars if we could. Nancy is really the best!

They have helped me buy and sell 5 historic homes and rent 2 properties recently. They always find homes I love that are in my price range.
